Access & License
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use program materials. Sharing or reselling is not permitted.
Refunds & Payment Plans
All sales are final. Payment plans are installments toward the full balance, not a cancellable subscription. Failed payments may suspend access. Refunds are not offered.
No Guarantees & Testimonials
We do not promise specific results, followers, or income. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical. Typical results may vary based on effort, market conditions, and platform changes. We do not guarantee similar outcomes.
Platform Disclaimer
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform. Strategies taught may be affected by algorithm changes, platform policies, or enforcement actions beyond our control.
Outside Class Communication
If your program includes a Telegram group or similar, instructor participation is limited to the time and access included with your purchase. All program communication must occur inside the group; direct messages to instructors are not permitted. Additional support may require a paid 1:1 session. Email is for technical issues only.

You accept full responsibility for your decisions and actions. Your Best Insta is not liable for outcomes, including account restrictions or lost income.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks are a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of access and collection of amounts due.

We collect only essential personal data (name, email, payment info processed by Stripe). We use this to deliver your purchase and communicate with you. We do not sell personal data.

Indemnification
